Two quick things

...and they're both kinda gay of me to point out.

2. I stumbled upon this blog, Dj Fab (Meg?), and I'm in love like Evelyn "Champagne" King.

It's a smorgasboard of maxi-singles from from the '90s, presented one after another without commentary. There's a particular focus on all things Euro, so you can remind yourself how Snap's "Rhythm Is a Dancer" cursed pop music with a sound that would remain ubiquitous for years (it begat "More and More," which begat "Another Night," which begat "Mr. Vain," which begat...). I don't know how long this blog will be around, given its copyright-raping nature, but soooo much of this shit isn't available on iTunes (about half of the original tracks pictured in the collage above aren't offered for sale -- and that's to say nothing of the harder-to-find remixes). So don't feel bad about downloading -- in this case, it's more like desalination than piracy. If you don't have a Rapidshare account, now would be a great time to invest. Give yourself the gift of a full hard drive.
